THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
Individual Therapy
We offer confidential counseling for adults and teens to help equip you with the necessary tools to overcome personal life challenges such as stress, low self-esteem, depression, grief, mood issues, anxiety, work or school-related issues, family conflict, social issues, relationship issues, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. Group Therapy
If you prefer to learn how to make improvements in your life alongside others who are experiencing the same challenges that you are, then group therapy may be beneficial for you. Travel on your journey of self-discovery with the support of other group members.
Family Therapy
We offer counseling for families to address family conflict, sibling rivalry, blended family adjustment issues, communication skills, financial issues, chronic illness, grief, parent-child relationship difficulties as well as many other issues that may be having an adverse effect on family functioning.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
SUPERVISION
We offer clinical supervision for professional counselors and clinical social workers who need to earn hours towards licensure. In supervision we foster an environment in which the supervisee can feel comfortable exploring their clinical strengths and weaknesses. Our experienced therapists help supervisees expand their clinical and professional knowledge and skills.
CONSULTATION
We are available for assistance if you have a difficult case and would like to consult with one of our staff therapists. We would love to collaborate with you to help you plan the best course of treatment for your client.
MENTORSHIP
The ROPES- Mentoring program for those who are studying or working in the mental health field but are in need of clinical or professional guidance to help propel them to the next level in their education or career. Gain more insight about the counseling field from experienced professionals who will “show you the ropes.” Limited space available. Contact for more information.
SERVICE FEES
Option #1 Private Pay
Those interested in paying for their therapeutic services privately, the cost per session ranges between $125-200 depending upon the services provided. We accept cash and all major credit cards
Option #2 Insurance
We currently accept Cigna and Carefirst insurance. We are considered out of network providers for all other carriers. However, your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of your therapy fees. Please contact your insurance company for more information about coverage and reimbursement for therapy services. We would be happy to provide you with a superbill to assist you in the reimbursement process. Listed below are some important questions to ask your insurance company:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Does my deductible need to be met before I can see a therapist?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is my co-payment amount per therapy session?
